Renting vs Buying

When it comes to ozone equipment, both renting and buying can both be profitable options. Which one is better really depends upon your needs. If you have a one time need for ozone (like smoke damage or need to evaluate a product without having to make a large investment), renting is a great option. However, if you have an ongoing need (like killing bacteria or water purification) you may want to consider buying.

How Renting Works

Renting a product from Ozone Solutions is easy. First, order a rental product through our shopping cart or give us a call and we will help you select a product. After your order is received, we will package the product and ship it to your location via UPS, FEDEX, USPS, or Freight Carrier. Once the product arrives at your location, the rental term begins. Finally, once your rental term is over, you package the product and ship it back to us through your choice of carriers (or Ozone Solutions recommended carrier).

Rental Terms

  • Your credit card number serves as the deposit for online orders.
  • Rental term does not include shipping time. You get the unit for the full term.
  • Rental period can be extended at any time while you have the unit.
  • Discounts can be provided for longer term rental periods.

No shipping time will be billed to the customer. The lease begins on the day the equipment arrives at the customer and ends the date of the return shipment. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from the customer's location. All risk of loss or damage to the equipment, from any cause, shall pass to the customer upon delivery by the freight company to the customer's location.

In any event loss or damage occurs at the customer's location all liability shall be assumed by the customer. The customer, at its own expense, shall maintain and keep the equipment in good repair, condition, and working order. Customer will be presented with a maintenance schedule (if applicable) and system manuals upon request. All maintenance and repair to the equipment will be at the customer's expense. All parts for repair or maintenance will be provided at the expense of Ozone Solutions.

Ozone Solutions may require a down payment for the equipment, or deposit. Alternatively a credit card can be kept on file to serve as a deposit. Only if previously arrangements have been made will the equipment be billed on Net-30 terms. All leased equipment must have the 1st month of rental paid up front, prior to delivery of the equipment. Each subsequent month will be billed at the beginning of each month of usage. All delinquent balances will incur a service charge and interest.

We rent equipment to any location in the continental U.S.A. All you need is a credit card. Just order your choice of rental product and we will ship it to your location.
