Injector Specs Compared

Step 1

You will need to have the three values listed below:

  1. Injector Inlet PSI (as measured in the line where the injector is or will be installed. Use the PRESSURE METHODS list below for additional guidance.)
  2. Motive flow rate (what is the GPM of the fluid moving through the pipe?) The Motive Flow value in the injector chart MUST be less than your actual flow rate!
  3. What is the volume of the gas that you want to have added to the fluid flowing through the injector? (You will need to know the LPM, (Liters Per Minute) or the SCFH, (Std. Cubic Feet per Hour).
