I recently rented an ozone generator from you to help with a lingering odor in my house. You see, my wife attempted to burn our house down, and with my brave heroics I foiled her attempt. Although I saved the house from going down in flames, a lingering smokey haze had fallen on the entire main floor. After opening several doors and windows the smoke traveled elsewhere, but we were left with the stench of a thousand campfires everywhere we went. We tried candles, we tried spray, we aired out, and fanned it away to no avail. I was at a loss until I remembered our conversation about ozone in weeks past. Upon renting the ozone generator from you, I immediately put it to work churning out those magical little O-3’s. After a Saturday away from the house my wife and I arrived back to a new lingering odor, which you had warned me of. Noticeable as the odor was, it was not overpowering like the smoke had been. I followed your instructions to air out the remaining ozone from the house and after a half hour or so we went back upstairs to the sweet, sweet smell of…nothingness!

We rented an ozone generator with hopes of getting rid of the smoke smell left over from the previous owners of a house we just purchased. It was WONDERFUL! We had anticipated turning on the house fan but that idea left when the thermostat went up in smoke.
With good intentions and no time to spare we turned on the generator and each day moved it from room to room. We also turned on all of the fans in the house to circulate the ozone. When the time came to send the generator back, we ran in and grabbed it then shipped it off leaving the house full of ozone. We didn't come back for 3 days and when I did I expected to smell a hint of smoke.
There was nothing! No odor at all! It has been amazing. I am definitely recommending this to everyone I know. It works great!

I would like to say thanks to Ozone Solutions for the help that they gave me with getting smoke smells and other smells out of cars. I fix up and sell cars at my body shop. Sometimes the cars have smells from the previous owners that need to be gotten rid of. With their help I no longer have to go through the expense of cleaning the whole interior of the car just to get rid of the smell. The equipment that they have is easy to use and does the job fast and easy. They can get any smell that I have in a car out. They know just what you need and do not give you what you do not need. We had a small ember jump out of our wood burning stove in our house one night that I didn't notice. I went right to bed afterwards and my wife woke me up about two and a half hours later to a smoke filled house. There was little to no burn damage in the house other than a small circle in our carpet, but our house wreaked of burnt carpet and smoke. We aired out our house as good as we could, but it still smelled. We didn't know what to do at first, then I remembered hearing about Ozone Solutions and called them and they set us up with one of their ozone machines. I used the machine as they told me and the smell was gone. We could not smell it in our clothes or anything. It was like magic and it only took about a day while I was gone at work. Lyle invited all of us Sioux Center realtors to walk through a recently purchased home, which previously occupied two chain smokers for 15 plus years. I traded my existing home with this couple because I am building a home on the golf course.
I knew the home I received from them would be a challenge. We painted everything, had the carpets professionally cleaned, etc... I then showed the newly renovated home to a potential buyer, not knowing that the heavy nicotine odor would return.
Within two weeks of the new owner moving in, the smell became quite irritating. A friend of the new owner mentioned that he could help with the equipment from Ozone Solutions. Ozone Solutions then came in and "ozoned" the home while the new owner left for the weekend to visit friends. [Ozone Solutions] came in with some very large, powerful ozone equipment for 30 hours.
To make a long story short, Ozone Solutions knows what they are doing by experience. The horrific eye-watering nicotine odor that filtered back through the paint job is gone and it smells pleasant.
If I ever have to represent a home with a strong odor I will be advising the seller to hire Ozone Solutions, so the property's financial worth can stay at the high level it deserves, instead of reducing the price due to odor problems.

The ozone deodorizing that Ozone Solutions offered as a service to Debbie was very nice.
When Ozone Solutions invited us realtors of Sioux Center to walk through before and after their deodorizing treatment, he advised us that this extreme case of nicotine odor would be a test for them to get rid of. He was right - it was an extreme case of odor! I did not think it would actually be a success, but I was very impressed with the results. The home is now a fresh-smelling home that even I could live in.

About a month ago I walked through a home, by invitation of Lyle Bruns, that previously had a couple living in it that were chain smokers for longer than 15 years. A local realtor purchased the home. He cleaned and painted all the walls and had the carpets professionally cleaned.
Two weeks after the new paint smell wore off, the cigarette smoke odor came back very strong. In some areas of the home, the smoke smell was really hard on your eyes.
Lyle came in with some large ozone equipment and deodorized the home for 30 hours. Yesterday, Thursday Oct. 15, all the realtors got together again and walked through the home. I was very surprised that the smoke odor had disappeared and left a pleasant fresh smell that would be comfortable to live in.

Ozone Solutions helped Debbie with her recently purchased home which had a nicotine odor that was very bad, even after a professional cleaning company was hired, and the repainting was finished. When I myself witnessed that 15-plus-year nicotine odor from chain smokers was destroyed with ozone I became a believer of ozone deodorizing.
It's nice to know you have units that are portable for the seller/customer to rent in less extreme cases. I have had potential buyers not even enter the home when the door is first opened and they are met with an odor. It turns them off so quickly. This ozone process would get rid of that problem, and those houses would sell much quicker.

WOW, what a difference! When I first walked through that stinky home, I figured that there was no way that Lyke could get the cigarette smell out. The nicotine odor came right through the newly painted walls. I didn't know ozone worked that well.
If I ever have anything stinky after cleaning up a property, I will make sure that Ozone Solutions gets a call. If you guys can get rid of odors like that, then the seller can keep the selling price up without having to classify the property as a tough sale which usually means lowering the price.

The smoke smell is completely gone in just a week, and renting the machine was much more reasonable than the reclamation service in the Yellow Pages, who wanted $600 to fog with a chemical. The house was occupied by smokers for 4 years, and, although we washed walls, repainted, had the carpet professionally cleaned, and aired it out for a month, the first thing prospective renters noticed when they walked in was the smell of stale cigarette smoke. I recently bought a leather bag for myself on E-bay, and couldn't wait for it to arrive. When my package came, and I eagerly ripped it open, my nose was assaulted by a strong smoke smell.
