Ozone Solutions provided us with a well-designed ozone sparge system with plenty of room inside to move around and perform the operation and maintenance on the ozone system. You were extremely helpful during the engineering, planning, and building process, offering J2 both time and cost-saving ideas to the design of the remedial system, which have greatly decreased our O&M efforts.
The high-quality LCD touch screen with the human interface panel makes the remedial equipment easy to operate. I'm especially satisfied with the trailer unit that Ozone Solutions recommended to house the ozone system. This will facilitate relocating the remedial system to a new site, providing long-term savings to our client.

Ozone Solutions has provided our company with excellent service. From the moment we contacted Scott Postma with our issue regarding the Ozone Destruct Canister, he immediately took control of the situation and provided us with top-notch service and assistance via Emails and conference calls in helping us confirm the problem we had with the Ozone destruct canister and why the problem occurred in the first place.
Even after we found that the problem was not caused on Ozone Solutions' end, he still went above and beyond to resolve the problem for us and promptly shipped us 44lbs of ozone destruct media on March 13th via nextday air so we can have our ozone unit up and running by Monday the 16th of March thus minimizing our downtime.
