Due to the high water level this spring, our basement got water in it. Everything was carpeted. When we first noticed it, we immediately started the dehumidifier running several fans, and vacuuming every few hours, but just couldn't keep up with it. The padding under the carpet was like a sponge. Soon it started to smell, so we ended up tearing all the carpet and padding up. We kept the dehumidifier and fans running and opened the windows up hoping the smell would leave, but it didn't.
We heard Ozone Solutions had a machine that could take the smell out of things, so we called to see if there was one available. They told us to leave the machine run in the house for 24 hours, but we should not be in the house while it was running. We left it run for about 26 hours, and when we came back, the horrible smell was completely gone. It smelled like we had the windows open throughout the house on a fresh spring day. We were extremely pleased!
We want to thank Ozone Solutions for allowing us to use their machine in our house. You were able to help us turn an extremely unpleasant smelling situation into something much more pleasant.

I recently rented an ozone generator from you to help with a lingering odor in my house. You see, my wife attempted to burn our house down, and with my brave heroics I foiled her attempt. Although I saved the house from going down in flames, a lingering smokey haze had fallen on the entire main floor. After opening several doors and windows the smoke traveled elsewhere, but we were left with the stench of a thousand campfires everywhere we went. We tried candles, we tried spray, we aired out, and fanned it away to no avail. I was at a loss until I remembered our conversation about ozone in weeks past. Upon renting the ozone generator from you, I immediately put it to work churning out those magical little O-3’s. After a Saturday away from the house my wife and I arrived back to a new lingering odor, which you had warned me of. Noticeable as the odor was, it was not overpowering like the smoke had been. I followed your instructions to air out the remaining ozone from the house and after a half hour or so we went back upstairs to the sweet, sweet smell of…nothingness!

We were unable to maintain adequate biological control in the small cooling tower at our remote, unmanned power generating facility. We needed a treatment system that could operate daily and reliably to treat the water, without any manual over-site. Something that posed minimal dangers to the plant or the environment, and had adequate fail safes built into it. We had reservations about ozone being sufficient to control the bio-fowling, and yet not be corrosive to the system.
The fact that we were provided the option to rent, or "rent-to-buy" the ozone treatment system allowed us to try it with less risk. Ozone treatment on a daily basis has accomplished more consistently acceptable bacteria counts than any of the other "non-ozone" treated towers. We are considering ozone treatment for some of our other plants.
Our old technology was to weekly, manually, “shock-treat” with a powdered chlorine/bromine oxidizing biocide along with a weekly dose of non-oxidizing biocide. This only occurred if someone was able to visit the site that week. We have not abandoned our previous technology, but use it subsequent to the ozone. The dosage rate is much less now. It requires very little oxidizing biocide to achieve a lasting free chlorine residual.

We spoke on the phone Monday morning regarding the smells that still lingered in my townhouse after 24 hours running the ozone machine. I would like to report that the dog odor is now gone after running the machine another 12 hours at the strongest smelling part of that room. Thank you for allowing me to keep it another day. We used the ozone machine in our rental house. Our previous renters allowed a mouse infestation in the house. It was so bad you could smell it immediately when you entered the home. The mouse dirt was 3/4 of an inch deep under the child's toy box. So you can imagine what it was like under the washer, dryer, stove and fridge.
After cleaning the house you could still smell the mice. We set the ozone machine in the house and ran it for 2 days. What a wonderful machine. The smell was completely gone. After 3 months you still cannot smell anything! I would recommend this machine to anyone! If it can get that smell out, it really works. Thanks to Ozone Solutions!! We didn't know how it get the house smelling fresh again after cleaning and painting all the walls.

We rented an ozone generator with hopes of getting rid of the smoke smell left over from the previous owners of a house we just purchased. It was WONDERFUL! We had anticipated turning on the house fan but that idea left when the thermostat went up in smoke.
With good intentions and no time to spare we turned on the generator and each day moved it from room to room. We also turned on all of the fans in the house to circulate the ozone. When the time came to send the generator back, we ran in and grabbed it then shipped it off leaving the house full of ozone. We didn't come back for 3 days and when I did I expected to smell a hint of smoke.
There was nothing! No odor at all! It has been amazing. I am definitely recommending this to everyone I know. It works great!

Our home was two to three years old and we noticed an alarming black smudge along the ceiling and the wall. Alarm turned to anger. Our son has a mold allergy and had been hospitalized three times for pneumonia related to his allergies, which cause respiratory symptoms.
I tried in vain scrubbing the mold away and spraying it down with bleach. It always came back within days, and it got worse.
Several men from the home builder inspected our attic and told us that there was nothing wrong. Another man from the window company told us that this often happens above sinks and tubs with poor ventilation. However, we’ve had an air exchange unit from the start.
We really wanted to take precautions as our son was sick constantly between hospitalizations. We tried to do the right things and could not imagine this mold problem could be happening in our new home.
Finally, we found the problem: Cold air, directly from the outside, was making direct contact with the sheet rock causing condensation and, eventually, mold. All this happened in the first year of owning our home. Crazy as it may sound, the home manufacturer sent a plumber when we called to relay what we discovered.
Mr. Keizer (our heating and plumbing provider) saved the day! After hearing about the mold, he brought us the ozone generator. I was more than skeptical. I thought there was no way something the size of a couple of loaves of bread could do anything, but we just plugged it in and let it run.
The ozone killed the mold spores, and I could wipe away any visible mold without having to scrub. It’s been several weeks and the mold has not returned. Best of all, the chronic cough my son developed in the last nine months is gone. I believe the ozone generator worked just as our plumber said it would.
We are happy and very thankful that Ozone Solutions is providing this equipment. All we had to do was plug it in!

We had a small ember jump out of our wood burning stove in our house one night that I didn't notice. I went right to bed afterwards and my wife woke me up about two and a half hours later to a smoke filled house. There was little to no burn damage in the house other than a small circle in our carpet, but our house wreaked of burnt carpet and smoke. We aired out our house as good as we could, but it still smelled. We didn't know what to do at first, then I remembered hearing about Ozone Solutions and called them and they set us up with one of their ozone machines. The smoke smell is completely gone in just a week, and renting the machine was much more reasonable than the reclamation service in the Yellow Pages, who wanted $600 to fog with a chemical. I recently bought a leather bag for myself on E-bay, and couldn't wait for it to arrive. When my package came, and I eagerly ripped it open, my nose was assaulted by a strong smoke smell.
