There are many reasons why webmasters may want to see what version of their page Google is storing. It can indicate when the page was last crawled, errors in crawling, and can allow you to view content that has recently been replaced. Thankfully, Google has made this quite easy. To view the Google cache version of a page, simply type “cache:http://www.mysite.com” into the Google search box.
This will then direct you to a cached version of the page.
