Announcing several new products that are now available on our website! Our stainless steel needle valves are ozone compatible, corrosion resistant, and very durable. They are made of 316 Stainless Steel and Chrome-plated 316 Stainless Steel, with a maximum operating pressure of 3435 PSIG (236 BAR) and a bursting pressure of 5000 PSIG (344 BAR). These are the same needle valves that we use on our custom ozone-injection skids, where they have yielded years of trouble-free service in demanding environments.

Ozone Solenoid Valves

We now offer stainless steel solenoid valves on our website.  They are ozone compatible and corrosion resistant, with the wetted parts made only of stainless steel and viton seals,  meaning reliable performance and a long lasting product that you can rely on. Along with being a useful addition to an industrial ozone generation system, these valves are also a great way to ensure years of service in even the most corrosive environments.

If your need requires a durable, damage resistant product to hold up against harsh environments, then these solenoid valves are perfect for the job. Even if you’re just looking for high pressure capabilities in a quality product, these will meet and exceed expectations.

SVSS-2M Ozone Compatible ValveThe first and smallest valve is the SVSS-2M. This solenoid valve has 1/8-in FNPT fittings and is capable of handling pressures up to 50-psi (3.5 bar). The most enticing feature of this product is that multiple valves can be connected together directly, creating a manifold style valve assembly. Not only will this cut down on the price of your project by eliminating fittings, it will also cut down on the space used, creating more room for larger components.  We use these on any project that requires a normally closed solenoid valve in an environment at 50 psi or less.

SVSS-4 Ozone Compatible SolenoidThe second valve we have to offer is the SVSS-4.  Weighing in at 1-lb, this is a slightly larger solenoid valve, but is made entirely of stainless steel utilizing viton seals.  This valve has 5/32-in FNPT, allowing for slightly larger fittings to accommodate your needs. Being able to withstand pressure up to 75 PSI (5 bar), it can get the job done in many situations. The nice thing about this solenoid valve is that even the body is entirely made up of stainless steel, making it the most resilient valve we have to offer. Not only is it ozone compatible and corrosion resistant internally, but it is also corrosion resistant externally as well. It is perfect for environments where general corrosion is a concern.

SVSS-6 Stainless Steel SolenoidThe third and final solenoid valve we offer is the SVSS-6 model, which allows for 300 psi (20.7 bar). With an inlet and outlet fitting size of 3/8-in FNPT, it has one of the largest orifice sizes available at this level of high flow and pressure capabilities. This, like the others, is ozone and corrosion resistant, making it one of the most useful valves we have. The other feature we offer on this model is a choice of AC or DC power options. We use this solenoid valve in most of the ground water remediation systems we build. The quality and reliability of this product has exceeded our expectations. The wetted parts on this valve are stainless steel and viton, ensuring a long life expectancy.

If you ever wondered what ozone does to non-compatible materials, just take a look at this video. It shows what a high concentration (industrial levels) of ozone can do to thin latex gloves.
