We now offer an alternative for calibrating larger dissolved monitors or to test dissolved ozone levels in a lab setting. The SAM-2 and the SAM-3 monitors are inexpensive dissolved ozone monitors that are both compact and reliable.
The SAM-2 has a range of 0.15-0.75 PPM, making it perfect for lab settings. No activator solution is required, which helps to cut costs. This monitor reads the ampoule that needs to be tested, and then will read a blank reference ampoule that is provided. If your ozone levels exceed its range, that is okay. Just dilute a fresh sample and retry the test! When you multiply the reading by the dilution factor you will have an accurate result. It is that simple.
The SAM-3 has a range of 0.20-3.00 PPM which makes it more appropriate for calibrating dissolved ozone monitors that are constantly in use (for example, an AS-500 on an ozone injection system). Using this analyte meter to calibrate your monitor monthly will help ensure accurate readings. This unit is also very simple to use – just zero it using the provided blank ampoule, and it is ready to test. This only needs to be done once (not between every test), which will speed up the testing process. After the unit is zeroed, you can test any number of ampoules.
You can get more information on these monitors by visiting the SAM-2 or SAM-3 on our website.

Announcing several new products that are now available on our website! Our stainless steel needle valves are ozone compatible, corrosion resistant, and very durable. They are made of 316 Stainless Steel and Chrome-plated 316 Stainless Steel, with a maximum operating pressure of 3435 PSIG (236 BAR) and a bursting pressure of 5000 PSIG (344 BAR). These are the same needle valves that we use on our custom ozone-injection skids, where they have yielded years of trouble-free service in demanding environments.

We now offer stainless steel solenoid valves on our website. They are ozone compatible and corrosion resistant, with the wetted parts made only of stainless steel and viton seals, meaning reliable performance and a long lasting product that you can rely on. Along with being a useful addition to an industrial ozone generation system, these valves are also a great way to ensure years of service in even the most corrosive environments.
If your need requires a durable, damage resistant product to hold up against harsh environments, then these solenoid valves are perfect for the job. Even if you’re just looking for high pressure capabilities in a quality product, these will meet and exceed expectations.
The first and smallest valve is the SVSS-2M. This solenoid valve has 1/8-in FNPT fittings and is capable of handling pressures up to 50-psi (3.5 bar). The most enticing feature of this product is that multiple valves can be connected together directly, creating a manifold style valve assembly. Not only will this cut down on the price of your project by eliminating fittings, it will also cut down on the space used, creating more room for larger components. We use these on any project that requires a normally closed solenoid valve in an environment at 50 psi or less.
The second valve we have to offer is the SVSS-4. Weighing in at 1-lb, this is a slightly larger solenoid valve, but is made entirely of stainless steel utilizing viton seals. This valve has 5/32-in FNPT, allowing for slightly larger fittings to accommodate your needs. Being able to withstand pressure up to 75 PSI (5 bar), it can get the job done in many situations. The nice thing about this solenoid valve is that even the body is entirely made up of stainless steel, making it the most resilient valve we have to offer. Not only is it ozone compatible and corrosion resistant internally, but it is also corrosion resistant externally as well. It is perfect for environments where general corrosion is a concern.
The third and final solenoid valve we offer is the SVSS-6 model, which allows for 300 psi (20.7 bar). With an inlet and outlet fitting size of 3/8-in FNPT, it has one of the largest orifice sizes available at this level of high flow and pressure capabilities. This, like the others, is ozone and corrosion resistant, making it one of the most useful valves we have. The other feature we offer on this model is a choice of AC or DC power options. We use this solenoid valve in most of the ground water remediation systems we build. The quality and reliability of this product has exceeded our expectations. The wetted parts on this valve are stainless steel and viton, ensuring a long life expectancy.

Just recently, we have put new pressure regulators on our website. They are Ozone compatible and corrosion resistant. With it’s stainless steel body, teflon seals, and viton o-rings, it is sure to last quite a long time. With pressure ranges going all the way up to 100 psi, and bursting pressure at 500 psi, there are useful in most situations.
As a company that manufactures industrial use ozone generating systems, we use these pressure regulators on all systems that require one. They have many more uses though other than putting them in an ozone generating system. They can be used in most situations that would require having a corrosion resistant regulator, such as harsh chemicals or an unpredictable weather setting.

Two new Laboratory Ozone Generators
These are unique ozone generators as they use a double quartz dielectric ozone generation tube. This means the oxygen and ozone gas only touches quartz and Teflon tubing. This will produce the purest ozone possible. If you are looking for an ozone generator to produce pure ozone these are perfect for your application.
The first of which is the AC-500G, which is a versatile, and compact ozone generator that is wall mountable. This unit can produce 250 mg/hr of ozone of dry air, or 750 mg/hr of ozone on oxygen. It uses double glass technology to create a more pure ozone output. I would recommend this unit in any research facility that only needs a moderate amount of ozone. It is very compact so it takes up a minimal amount of space .
The other new product is the OZV-20DG, which is a larger 20 g/hr generator.
This is also a wall mountable generator and is great for higher concentration needs when very little room is available. This unit uses double quartz technology to maximize ozone output. It only runs on oxygen, and is an impressive ozone generator.
If you would like more information on these products you can check them out at http://www.ozonesolutions.com/AC-500G.html for the AC-500G or at http://www.ozonesolutions.com/OZV-20DG.html for the larger OZV-20DG.
