Updates to the Waterzone

Here at Ozone Solutions we are constantly looking for ways to improve our products. Most recently we have made some major changes to our Waterzone-30 and Waterzone-40 Ozone Injection Systems.

The major update to this system is the Ozone Generator.  We are now using a modular Ozone Generator that integrates directly into the control panel.  This saves space and provides one central control panel for all controls.  The depth of these systems has been reduced 10 inches, the width has been reduced by 5 inches.

The Waterzone-40 now uses a water cooled Ozone Generator.  The water to cool the Ozone Generator is obtained from the current pressure differential created by the injection pump.  This is a novel advance that lowers heat, cuts power consumption, and creates ozone at a higher concentration.

The oxygen flow rate has been reduced on these systems from 10 LPM to 7 LPM.  This reduction lowers compressed air needs.  Either with an internal compressor or with plant compressed air, this is a net power savings.
