Q.Can you guarantee the WT-100 will prevent water from entering the ozone generator?
A.Yes! We have sold many units and have not had one single failure in over 3 years of use.
Q.Isn't a check valve good enough to protect my ozone generator?
A.NO! We cannot stress it enough that all check valves fail over time. The one you have in your system will eventually fail. We guarantee it. A water trap is a fool-proof way of protecting your ozone generator. It only cost a few dollars but can save you hundreds or thousands of dollars in repair costs & hours of time. Isn't your ozone generator worth it?
Q.Can I order the water trap with different fittings?
A.Yes. Please call in to specify the type of fittings you need. If you need stainless steel connections, we can do it but it may cost a little more.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose [b]UPS[/b]: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse. For customers who chose [b]FedEx[/b]: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone. For customers who chose [b]USPS[/b]: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to available tracking information if requested.
