The WATERZONE-20 is an extremely versatile Ozone Injection System. These have been used mostly in food processing applications, however, they have had great success in waste water treatment, bottling water, and even CIP applications. All water plumbing is laid out in a straight forward easy to maintain fashion. The Stainless Steel pump will create the pressure differential necessary for ozone injection into the venturi injector. The excess ozone/oxygen gas will be removed from the mixing tank via the air vent. This system shows the optional ODS-3H ozone destruct unit to destroy the excess ozone prior to venting to the atmosphere.
