Ozone Sensor

Detects ozone leaks and shuts down system

Dew Point Sensor

Detect dew point of dry air to protect the O2 Concentrator and O3 Generator

Relative Humidity Sensor

Monitors Humidity of ambient air to protect the air dryer

Temperature Sensor

Monitors temperature inside the ozone system to protect all equipment

Pressure Sensor #1

Ensures incoming pressure is sufficient

Pressure Sensor #2

Ensures Oxygen Pressure is sufficient

Other Sensors are available:

Ozone output analyzer % by weight, Oxygen Sensor, or any other sensor necessary

Outputs:

Each sensor will set a fault light visible on the controller, close dry contacts available in the controller, and give mV or mA output signals

Manifold:

Optional, any number of wells set in groups or with individually, all manifolds can be manually controlled or controlled with a PLC and HMI Panel

Air Conditioner:

Top Mount 2300 BTU standard, 4500 BTU air conditioner will be used with higher ozone production units
