Q.What is the best way to mount the R-13 in a chamber?
A.Mount the enclosure so the top of the R13 is perpendicular to the air flow and the elbow nozzles are pointing downstream.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse. For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone. For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
