Ozone Solutions' Return Policy
Ozone Solutions has a 30-day money-back guarantee return policy on all Residential Ozone Generators, Commercial Ozone Generators and Ozone Monitors.
Ozone will work for most people, but not all with find it suitable. We want you to have complete peace-of-mind when purchasing your ozone generator or ozone monitor.
This return policy ensures you, the customer, that we will refund all your money (not including shipping) if the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned in like-new condition.
- The item is returned back to Ozone Solutions within 30 days of delivery.
- All box containers, paperwork, and cords are returned with the item.
- Only one unit was purchased per order. (Purchasing 2 of any units on the same day automatically excludes one from the return policy.)
Shipping charges are not refunded as we cannot get our money back from the carrier.
An RMA number must be obtained from Ozone Solutions to initiate the return.
