Ozone Compatible Tubing
Tubing to deliver ozone to the point of use that is ozone resistant. Three types of tubing to meet your specific application.
FEP & PTFE Tubing
Ozone Solutions carries all types of Ozone Compatible tubing. We have the most competitive prices - guaranteed! Both FEP and PTFE will work with either compression or barbed fittings
Flexible PVDF lined EVA Tubing
Ozone Compatible flexible tubing. PVDF (Kynar) Tubing has a lower cost EVA outside liner to cut costs. This tubing must be used with barbed fittings only.
Flexible Ozone Resistant Tubing
Economical Ozone Resistant tubing that can be used for ozone concentrations up to 1.5% ozone. For lower ozone concentration applications this flexible alternative to PTFE is a very cost effective solution. This tubing must be used with barbed fittings only.
Statements Concerning the Selection of Tubing
STAMP is an acronym that is commonly used in the Hose and Tubing Industry
S (Size) The Inside Diameter (ID) and also the wall thickness if specified. |
T (Temperature) The temperature of the substance passing through the tubing as well as the temperature of the environment. |
A (Application) How is it being used? |
M (Media) What is the chemical and concentration of the material passing through the tubing. |
P (Pressure) To what Pressure / Vacuum will the tubing be subjected? |
