Q.When operating the pump, does the generated heat coming from the compression cycle degrade the level of ozone passing through the pump?
A.We have tested this and have found that the level of ozone loss is less than 2 percent. This means that if you are starting with 10% ozone by weight, it will be reduced to 9.8% ozone by weight after it has gone through the pump.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse.
For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone.
For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
