Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse.
For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone.
For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.Q.Can the desiccant be replaced in the OZ-4AD?
A.Yes, the OZ-4AD automatically recharges the desiccant via a heat regeneration & purging process, which dries the air to a -40 deg F dew point. But when the time comes to replace the catalyst, you would remove the snap ring located on the top of each air dryer. You would need #2 pounds for the OZ-4AD.
