Q.What is the pressure output of the ozone interceptor?
A.The NT unit contains one or more in-line axial fans (similar to a home box fan). They move the rated flow through the NT-unit when it is free-flowing (not connected to any ducting, etc.) If you connect the unit to ducting or use it to pressurize a chamber with ozone-free air, the flow may be restricted but the destruct efficiency of the unit will not be affected.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse.
For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone.
For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
