Q.Is there a difference between a venturi & injector?
A.No. The terms venturi & injector are used interchangeably in the ozone field.
Q.Besides Kynar (PVDF), what other materials are inside the ozone injector?
A.The following materials make up the check valve inside the injector: Ball - PTFE Gasket - Kel-F Spring - Hastelloy-C Note: We do not recommend the user depends solely on this check valve to protect the ozone generator. We strongly recommend a WT-100 water trap also be used.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse. For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone. For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
