Q.Do you have any distributors for your fittings?
A.No. We distribute all of our fittings from our Iowa warehouse.
Q.Are the Kynar barb fittings autoclavable?
A.Yes. All the Kynar barb fittings are autoclavable.
Q.How do I determine which barb fitting I need for my tubing?
A.Barbed fittings fit inside of your tubing, so your barb size will need to correspond with the I.D. (inner diameter) of the tubing. For example, if you have tubing that is 1/4 inch ID you will need a fitting with a 1/4 inch barb.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse. For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone. For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
