HP-200 Buyer's FAQ
Q.How much water can the HP-200 ozonate.
A.The HP-200 can successfully ozonate about 3 gallon of water in 30 minutes. We do not recommend volumes much larger than this. This assumes that the unit is operating on ambient air with RH less than 50%.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse.
For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone.
For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
