How often does this monitor require calibration?

The manufacturer recommends a yearly calibration. The readings of all ozone monitors will start to stray over time and need to be corrected when possible.

What happens if the monitor is used in temperatures above 104 deg. F?

Because this monitor utilizes a Heated Metal Oxide Semiconductor (HMOS) to detect ozone, high ambient temperatures could likely push the sensor-heater above its safe operating temperature, causing permanent damage.

Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?

For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse.

For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone.

For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
