Q.How often does this monitor require calibration?
A.The manufacturer recommends a yearly calibration. The readings of all ozone monitors will start to stray over time and need to be corrected when possible.
Q.The Operator Manual mentions an "interior enclosure heater" option - is this available?
A.The heater option is available for the C-30EE as a special order at the time of purchase (currently available only by phone). It is not available on existing units without sending them back in for modification.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse.
For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone.
For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
