Q.Can the AVSS-11 be used as a water trap similar to the AVO3 air vent?

Q.Is the AVSS available in a polished design for Pharmaceutical applications?
A.No, due the welded construction of the AVSS air vents there is no way to polish the air vent. If you are in need of an air vent for these applications please contact our office. We do have other custom options for these applications.
Q.Is the AVSS-11 serviceable in the event of failure?
A.No, due to the welded construction, if the AVSS air vent cannot be made operational by using the troubleshooting methods outlined in the manual. Please replace the defective unit when needed.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse. For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone. For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
