Q.How do I know if I need an ozone compatible air vent?
A.An ozone compatible air vent is needed if you intend to fill a vessel with ozonated water and keep it under pressure. Air vents ensure that air/ozone can escape from a water tank thereby preventing air from collecting inside. Remember that in certain ozone injection setups, ozone/air can also collect in water pipes. If this occurs ozone gas will be ejected out of nozzles which can cause harm to personnel. An air vent can keep your employees safe!
Q.What is important when considering an air vent?
A.One of the most important features in an air vent is a large process connection. The process connection on the AVO3 is 3/4-in FNPT. This is important because water and air must pass through the process connection at the same time, in different directions.
Q.Will I get a tracking number when my item ships?
A.For customers who chose UPS: a tracking number is automatically sent via e-mail before the order leaves our warehouse.
For customers who chose FedEx: a tracking number is usually available if requested by either e-mail or phone.
For customers who chose USPS: tracking numbers are only created by USPS for select services, such as insured packages. We will be happy to provide available tracking information if requested.
